Joe Biden: The Next Clown To Be Sent In

It's being reported in The Houston Chronicle that Joe Biden says it isn't a resolution from Congress objecting to Bush's build-up of troops in Iraq or the opposition from the American People that would embolden the enemy as some groups claim. Biden says:

"It's the failed policy of this president — going to war without a strategy, going to war prematurely."

When the Cratz send in the clowns they go all out as evidenced by the rearing of Joe Biden's hair plugs into the arena of let's-bash-the-President's-attempt-to-fix-an-unfixable-situation. Joe Biden is an ass. He's also a serial plagiarist, but that's meat for a different entry and has no bearing on this one.

Just for the sake of clarity here, I'm not defending Bush. I'm saying it's not helpful at this time to have morons like Joe Biden jump on the bandwagon of criticism of US war tactics. Joe Biden has no Off Switch on either his opinions or his mouth, and he isn't too terribly concerned if what flows from either source makes sense. He's running for Prez in 2008. If he wins, there will have to be a National Slit Your Wrists Day because this guy is a disaster.

Joe Biden states, as though it's a fact, that George W Bush went to war with no strategy AND he did it prematurely. That makes me wonder if Joe Biden has any recollection of when the US went to war against Iraq, as in what prompted it and what the plan was at the time.

Iraq had violated numerous UN Resolutions. UN Inspectors were not permitted into the country to examine for WMD's. On October 15, 2002, a Congressional Resolution authorized use of military force against Iraq if compliance with former UN Resolutions was not met. President Bush gave numerous public warnings to Iraq. He gave a formal deadline for the UN Resolutions to be met. The plan was to capture Baghdad and rid Iraq of WMD's. I would have expected a Senator involved in the process of work on Capital Hill to remember such significant events as the ones which led the country he represents into war.

Now Biden, along with many of his colleagues, wants to rewrite history. And this guy thinks he should be the next President of the United States? If the cratz really do want a shot at getting into the White House come 2008, a good way to prepare themselves for such a conquest might be to tell the truth about the situation we're in. Not their version of the truth. Not the political and media manufactured notions of the truth. The truth that withstands the real veracity test -- the truth that can be supported with facts.

Until he can do that, Joe Biden ought to sit down and STFU because he's making a fool of himself.
