Payback? Definitely! Change? Yeah, Right

I once asked a Fibberal close to me who among the cratz would be better than Bush to lead the US. This was at the beginning of the Iraqi invasion. His answer was, "Anybody But Bush". So I said, "but who? Name 5 people who'd be better." His only answer, and this is because there was no one better suited from the cratz party to do the job so he couldn't come up with a name as well as wouldn't admit to having no options in mind, was: "Anybody But Bush". The people have spoken. We now have Anybody But Bush running the US. That is how I intend to refer to our new "leader": Mr Anybody But Bush. Not my choice, mind you. The choice of a Fibbie.

Mr Anybody But Bush announced during his "victory" speech last night, that if anyone still wondering whether America is the land where anything is possible need look no further than yesterday's election results. For the first time Mr ABB said something with which I can agree albeit not with his same intent. I now understand better than ever before than the inmates truly do run the asylum.

Where else but in America could a man with obvious terrorist ties, a man who not only condones but continues to attend a church in which the pastor preaches race hate rhetoric from the pulpit, AND a man who maintains mob connections gets elected president. In a country where the Fibberal media jumps all over every word a Conservative utters with the fine-tooth comb of political correctness dripping from all its teeth, did report Mr ABB's associations. They were simply willing to overlook from him what they'd never have allowed for a second from someone else. Why? You figure it out. It seems awfully clear to me.

It isn't just that Mr ABB is not qualified to run a vacuum cleaner much less a country, it's also that, thanks to his lack of experience and sense, we are also stuck with Joe Biden as being the guy one heartbeat away from the presidency. That should scare the shit out of every American, but unfortunately the inmates overlooked that. Once it became evident that Joe Biden would gnaw on his foot every time he opened his mouth, he was scooted off to the sidelines where hopefully he wouldn't do more damage. Joe Biden is a joke, and people from his own party as well as media pundits all acknowledge this.

So, we're stuck with either Mr ABB or worst case scenario, Joey Biden. That's bad enough, but there's more...

Today Mr ABB announced that Illinois Representative Raym Emmanuel will be his White House Chief of Staff... in an administration Mr ABB says is going to reflect "change" in America. Raym Emmanuel was a political and policy aide in Bill Clinton's White House. The ABB Transition Team is headed by John Podesta, who served as chief of staff under former President Clinton. Who's next... Janet Reno as White House Chef? Where's the change here? Looks like more of Clinton to me, and that's definitely NOT a good thing.

I'm told that during his "victory" speech last night, Mr ABB talked about the "sacrifices" we need to make as a country during this time. That makes me wonder. Does Ms Moocher, who stated before tv cameras that she no longer has to worry about paying her mortgage nor does she has to worry about paying for her fuel, realize that when a politician starts telling you that you need to make sacrifices, they do NOT mean turning off the lights in rooms which are unoccupied. No, they mean prepare to have your taxes hiked sky high, and forget that stuff about who is exempt from tax hikes and who is not. Be prepared to pay more for everything you want thanks to the taxes small business will have to absorb... and forget about those monetary limits on what constitutes small business that kept dwindling the longer the campaign went on.

So, I get it. Just like the first O J verdict, the election of Mr ABB is a reflection of the Fibbie Payback Mentality. For 8 years they have relentlessly dogged every move George W Bush has made with no regard for fact or benefit to the country or protection from terrorism. If Bush did it; it was not just bad, but criminal. So the electorate turned out to give us Anybody But Bush, and a clown whose foot takes up permanent residence in his mouth most of the time. Not only that, but they further insult my intelligence by telling me this is a "unity" move. Balderdash. It's Payback... which IS hell.

One more thing, and this is just to clear up the record. Mr ABB is NOT America's first black president. That distinction was presented to William Jefferson Clinton by unreadable author, Toni Morrison. She was cheered and heads shook solidly in the affirmative from her friends when she made this presentation. (I yakked up my lunch when I heard that announcement, but that's just me.) So, thanks to her rather premature pronouncement and her obvious skepticism toward what her own country will do, Toni Morrison stole the title from Mr ABB. He is, in fact according to Morrison, America's second black president.
